商务部初裁认定欧盟产X射线设备存在倾销

　　6月9日，商务部发布2010年第33号公告，公布对原产于欧盟地区的进口X射线安全检查设备反倾销调查的初裁决定，初步裁定进口产品存在倾销并对国内产业造成了实质损害，且倾销与实质损害之间存在因果关系。

　　根据公告，自2010年6月10日起，进口经营者在进口原产于欧盟地区的进口X射线安全检查设备时，应依据初裁确定的各公司倾销幅度向海关提供相应的保证金，征收保证金比率为48.2%至71.8%不等。（记者　孙韶华）
